Melinda is an experienced and talented professional who has led education and business and organizational reform, cultivated strategy and executed program development.
Many of her collaborative efforts have enhanced school improvement and business operations.
Melinda’s specialties include training, strategic planning, organizational development, coaching, and facilitation.
She has been an adjunct instructor at the University of Cincinnati, Indiana Wesleyan University, and Ashland University.
She has also served as an adjunct instructor at the University of Cincinnati (Gifted Endorsement), Indiana Wesleyan University (Management – Business) and Ashland University (Education).
Additionally, she has worked with the Science Engineering Math Aerospace Academy (SEMAA) through NASA and the Ohio Department of Education Perkins IV Committee.

- Educational Specialist and Doctorate in educational administration from South Carolina State University and Gifted Education Endorsement, Xavier University (Ohio)
